They make their own cured meats, fresh sausages, and pates, and fascinating vegetable dishes like their lemony corn salad or crispy kale salad. All the sandwiches are to die for, and they are well researched variations and updates on classic culinary traditions. They have local beer on tap AND in bottle, so this is also a great evening or late afternoon hang out, and they make fresh made tarts, brownies and other desserts!
