    Max's used to be my #1 choice for restaurants, they had amazing food (particularly pulled pork with corn and garlic mashed potatoes) YUM!

    However, a few weeks to a few months ago, Max's changed hands.

    We went back for the first time, and WOW it's not good anymore. the selection has been slashed to one side of a page in super big font with lots of white space. they got rid of all the awesome sides, and the food just tasted substandard.

    Max's used to be amazing, but their rein at the top has ended. The age of Max's is over.

    ....I'm telling ya....They have the good stuff going on....If you like smoked Bar BQ and are around That area...stop in you won't be disappointed.... The entries are deliciously smoked...the homemade French fries and side dishes are great...even the home baked cornbread was done perfect....Nice atmosphere with prompt friendly service...all in all a nice combination...
